Upon entering the new organization, time comes for both parties to move on to the facts, giving\nvalue and action\nto the promises made in the pre-hiring phase.We will also find\nout what are the most common mistakes we might\nrisk to make, and how to avoid them in order to ensure our successful career\npath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\">Our speaker, <strong>Claudio Ceper, <\/strong>has extensive experience in\nthe field of human resources and head hunting.\nHe has been Senior Partner\nand Senior Advisor\nof Egon Zehnder\nand at present he works as mentor\nand career counselor for many companies and managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\"><em>This webinar is free.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\"><em>Nevertheless our chapter is strongly committed to\ngiving back and investing in the future.
